TERMS OF SERVICE

✿ All commissions are non-commercial, personal use only
✿ Commissions may be used for profiles, screensavers, wallpapers, icons, etc with proper credit
✿ Commissions MAY NOT be resold or used for profit in any way, including NFTs
✿ Commissions may not be used for AI training
✿ You MAY NOT claim creation rights to the art without explicit verbal/written consent
✿ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
✿ All commissions are non-refundable
✿ I will however offer a full refund if I must discontinue a commission
✿ Payment is through Paypal only, using USD and through Paypal invoice

COMMISSION PROCESS

ORDER FORM

✿ Complete your order by clicking the link at bottom of the page and filling out all details of the form
✿ I will respond within 48 hours to let you know if/when I will be taking your commission
✿ 2 rough poses will be drawn for you to choose from
✿ after you have selected your pose, an invoice will be sent out and payment is due within 24 hours. Failure to make payment will mean I decline your commission and push you to the back of the queue.
✿ you can expect commissions to be completed within 1-2 months with regular updates and progress pictures
✿ I allow for small detail changes during the commission process (change in expression, small clothing details) free of charge
✿ large detail changes (completely different pose well into the commission process, change of clothes, etc) are subject to a fee at my discretion
✿ All commissions will be posted to my social media accounts unless otherwise specified or you request otherwise
